They could ask you to complete a simple form to be included in their exhibition catalogue, this can lead to a misunderstanding by making you think that they are part of VERONAFIERE or MOTOR BIKE EXPO and that you will not be included in our official directory if the form is not completed, but this will not happen at all.

In addition, the publishers of these unauthorized directories charge a fee and send threatening letters regarding outstanding payments.

The Registration Fee for MOTOR BIKE EXPO includes in fact one free insertion in the MOTOR BIKE EXPO show guide (Official Catalogue) as pointed outboth on Motor Bike Expo Catalogue Form and General Regulations (Exhibitors may order advertising pages, Trademarks, Bold-face Prints and other promotional tools but these are optional services offered by Veronafiere and are upon payment as clearly detailed in the MOTOR BIKE EXPO Catalogue Form).
