COMPANIES PRESENT IN THE FAIR:
All COMPANIES can be found in the "exhibitors list" which is periodically updated.

ADMISSION FORM:
To participate, an undersigned Admission Form is requested. The form has to be asked to the Organizers and has to be sent back within December the 15th 2012. All the participation forms that will arrive without the deposit or without the requested forms will be accepted conditionally.

INFORMATION, DISPOSITIONS AND RULES:
By signing the Admission Request, the exhibitor accepts in full the General Regulation and the Technical Regulation. You are requested to complete and sign the required forms that are available in the area "Forms".

FITTINGS:
In order to have access to the Exhibition Centre and set up the stand it is necessary to issue all the required documentations and certificates. Without the required documents, access will be denied. The hiring cost of Fittings and Truss Structures includes also the required documents.

CONVENTION AND PRIZE GIVING:
The Exhibitors can use Conference Rooms, for the presentation or the prize giving of Teams, Trophies or Championships. Other services can be required through the relative forms, under payment.

SPONSORSHIP:
The large turnout together with the high quality public of the Motor Bike Expo, involves an important feedback for the brands in the various events held during the show. The signs put in the fair district, placed in strategic points of the internal roads give a great visibility.
