The accreditation request can only be made online and within the deadline to allow checking of the required requirements.

1. Are you a journalist, blogger, media operator, tv, radio, crew...?













    What type of accreditation do you need?

    You need:

    • A copy of the press card

    • A copy of the assignment letter from the registered publication/radio/tv/website with which you are a contributor, signed by the managing director

    • A copy of a signed, published article on paper print, otherwise a link to an audio/visual service or an article published on a registered online platform, which testifies to the journalistic activity carried out by the applicant...

    4. For those who have been accredited for previous editions of the event, the provided material must prove the coverage of that previous edition.

    You need:

    • A copy of the assignment letter from the registered publication/radio/tv/website with which you are a contributor, signed by the managing director or head editor

    • A copy of the colophon or of the indications on the management of the publication/radio/tv/registered website

    • A copy of a signed, published article on paper print, otherwise a link to an audio/visual service or an article published on a registered online platform, which testifies to the journalistic activity carried out by the applicant. The material must be recent and be related to the sector inherent to the event for which accreditation is being requested (for example, for MBE, the applicant must demonstrate that they work within an industry related to motorcycles, automotive, fashion…)

    For those who have been accredited for previous editions of the event, the provided material must prove the coverage of that previous edition.

    A single accreditation will be issued for each blog and solely for the writer of that blog.

    The blog must meet the following prerequisites:

    • Professional scope and specialized in the sector related to the event

    • Associated Social Media account

    • Must demonstrate (with articles, links, posts) continuous activity for at least two years prior to the event with regular addition of new content

    The blogger is required to submit:

    • A copy of their valid ID

    • For those who have been accredited for previous editions of the event, links to at least one published post/article on their blog relative to the event in question.

    You need:

    • A copy of the assignment letter from the regularly broadcasted registered network for whom you are a contributor, signed by the managing director or head editor

    • A copy of your valid ID

    • Proof of photographic service recently published which proves your role as a photo-reporter carried out by the applicant. The material must be related to the sector inherent to the event for which the accreditation request is being made. For those who have been accredited for previous editions of the event, the attached material must prove the coverage

    • AIRF membership card and/or Press card (if applicable)

    You need:

    • A copy of the assignment letter from the regularly broadcasted registered network for whom you are a contributor, signed by the managing director or head editor, specifying the broadcast/program which will be broadcasted

    • A copy of your valid ID

    We remind you again that accreditation will not be given in any way to representatives for advertising agencies, public relations, marketing, or advertising sales, all of which may enter the event with a paid ticket showing their business card at the Veronafiere ticket office.

      Here’s what you need:

      • A copy of your valid ID

      We remind you again that accreditation will not be given in any way to representatives for advertising agencies, public relations, marketing, or advertising sales, all of which may enter the event with a paid ticket showing their business card at the Veronafiere ticket office.

      To allow the requirements to be checked, the accreditation request must be made by Wednesday 11 January.

      Accreditation will not be given in any way to representatives for advertising agencies, public relations, marketing, or advertising sales, all of which may enter the event with a paid ticket showing their business card at the Veronafiere ticket office.

      The Motor Bike Expo press office reserves the right to request further information in order to fully understand the journalistic activities of the applicant, just it reserves the right to limit the accreditation or to completely revoke it.

      The Motor Bike Expo press office, at its own discretion, may decide how many accreditations to issue to each publication.

      Accreditation is released in order to allow the journalist to cover the event.

      Motor Bike Expo, at its discretion, reserves the right to grant accreditation for the entire duration of the event, for the single day of Friday or not to grant it if it is not considered relevant.
